Landsec has secured a letting of 47,900 sq. ft. at Nova South to Vitol, an energy and commodities company, on a ten-year lease. Vitol will sit alongside companies including Brambles, BHP Billiton, Advent International, Egon Zehnder and London Executive Offices, all of which have now moved into Nova South.
Nova, Victoria is set across 728,000 sq. ft. and three buildings – Nova North, Nova South and The Nova Building. As well as world-class office space, Nova, Victoria offers 170 luxury apartments and is home to London’s Nova Food. Nova Food features 17 new restaurants, three pop-up kiosks and two acres of public realm.
