The property comprises two industrial warehouse buildings totalling 52,984 sq. ft. on a self-contained site of 2.3 acres. The separate leases were assigned to Premier: the leases expire in June 2025 and the total passing rents are £305,000 per annum (Unit 1) and £208,000 per annum (Unit 2) respectively.
Premier Forest Products relocated from Uxbridge.
