Nolan Redshaw acting on behalf of Alden Green have negotiated a new 10 year Lease, with the French based but Multi National compressed airline manufacturers, Prevost.
They will use the premises as their headquarters, Prevost have taken a unit of 15,000 Sq. ft., which was being speculatively built, but had not reached completion.
Paul Nolan from Nolan Redshaw states “that this is a tremendous vote of confidence in the site and the area, and it is becoming very much a landmark scheme”.
There is planning in place for a further 15,000 Sq ft and 30,000 Sq ft on the site.
“There is just one unit remaining from Phase 1 on the site, which is 3,750 Sq. ft., and we are looking for enquiries for this unit”.
