Acting on behalf of clients of CBRE Global Investors, CBRE’s Manchester Office Agency team has confirmed a new letting on the third floor of Queens House on Queen Street in Manchester to Lexington North Limited, who were represented by Edwards & Co.
Relocating from the Zenith Building in Spring Gardens to take up 3,226 sq ft of office accommodation at Queens House, Lexington North Limited the company behind Lexington Communications, will move into the building’s third floor on a five-year lease.
The new letting follows on from the expansion of existing fourth floor tenant E3 Creative who leased further space on the fifth floor. At present only 3,339 sq ft remains available within Queens House with the 2nd floor under offer.
