Knight Frank, the global property adviser, has announced the senior appointment of Charles Ingram Evans. Charles joins as Head of UK Building Consultancy and Project Management, growing the technical offer within the firm, which continues to expand its remit.
Joining Knight Frank from CBRE where he was Head of Building Surveying in the London West End office, Charles’s experience spans over 20 years in the industry. Since joining Richard Ellis in 1997, Charles has specialised in helping buy and sell individual assets, developments and property portfolios in the UK, Europe and Middle East. Charles has worked across healthcare, industrial, office, retail, leisure and hotel sectors, advising clients including PGIM, Blackstone, Harbert Management Corporation, Deutsche Asset Wealth Management, Deutsche Bank, THRE, Oxford Properties, P3, Prologis, Goodman, TPG, Westmount, Alpha Capital, Barclays and Aermont.
