Developer Barnack Estates UK Ltd will be on site soon to construct two new office buildings at Kingston Park, Hampton, Peterborough and with one already under offer, agent Barker Storey Matthews and Savills are now under instruction to let the remaining office property.
Overlooking the business park’s lake, Unit A is a brand new office building of 4, 410 sq ft in total split evenly across two storeys, set on a plot of 0.29 acres and with 19 designated parking spaces. It is being offered to let at £14 psf with a view to being ready for occupation in November (2018).
