Thursday 15th February saw the opening of a new store on the Liverton Business Park in Exmouth to Screwfix who have taken a purpose-built 5000 ft² unit, close to Howdens, Bradfords and Toolstation in the newest area of the park – known as Liverton 2 – which opened four years ago.
Screwfix’s new Exmouth Store Manager, James Marshall (pictured second from left), said: “Our new team includes people with all different levels of experience, focused on providing superb customer service to meet the needs of our busy trade customers.”
Andrew Hosking, Director of Stratton Creber Commercial’s Exeter office (second from right) who introduced Screwfix and negotiated the letting on behalf of Clinton Devon Estates with joint agent Malcolm Williams adds:
“We are particularly pleased to have put together this pre let as Screwfix ideally complement the other occupiers on this very successful business park.”
Other neighbours at Liverton 2 include P&C Advisory Services and several local independent firms; Witherby Carpentry & Joinery and Amor Blinds and Curtains.
