Property consultants Alder King, acting on behalf of the not-for-profit technology adviser Eduserv, have let the second floor of Royal Mead on Railway Place in Bath to expanding mortgage and insurance brokers L&C Mortgages.
L&C Mortgages, which has its UK headquarters at Beazer House in Bath, has taken on additional office space in Royal Mead to facilitate ongoing growth in client demand for their award-winning, fee-free mortgage advice service.
Tom Dugay, senior surveyor at Alder King, said: “Our client Eduserv occupied two floors in Royal Mead but has relocated to Bristol following its recent purchase of Gyldan House on Portwall Lane.
“The supply of good quality office space in Bath is at its lowest level for many years and competition for good quality newly-available space like this is extremely strong. The suite was a perfect match for L&C’s requirements.”
L&C Mortgages has been taken a sub-lease on the 6,854 sq ft second floor suite, leaving the first floor still available for another occupier.
