Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has completed a move to the £100 million Central Square development on Wellington Street in Leeds city centre.
The team of 80 has moved in to the prime grade A office space on the sixth floor of the landmark development. The firm has also relocated its residential estate agency to a ground floor unit at Central Square.
The office interior, which was fully designed by an in-house team at Sanderson Weatherall, provides workspace for 14 departments, alongside collaborative working areas, break out spaces, and a number of conference rooms.
David Rastrick, head of office at Sanderson Weatherall in Leeds said, “The new office has allowed us to bring everyone together on a single floor plate for the first time, which was one of our key goals, as well as being located in a BREEAM outstanding building with class-leading sustainability credentials. There’s no doubt we’ve created a dynamic working environment, and consequently there’s a real buzz in the office.
“The move also endorses our commitment to the Leeds and West Yorkshire area, where we’ve been a leading name in property services for over a century.”
Richard Dunn, head of office agency at Sanderson Weatherall added, “Central Square is a cutting-edge development that provides a level of quality that is very rare to find outside of London. We’re delighted to join the likes of PwC, BDO, Sky and RSM as occupiers.”
The move also marks the launch of an updated brand for Sanderson Weatherall, further emphasising the firm’s approach to being a modern and growing business.
Alongside its Leeds office, Sanderson Weatherall has an additional eight offices across the UK and employs over 200 people.
