Birmingham independent commercial property agency KWB has secured the largest Bromsgrove office letting for more than two years.
Acting with joint agents Redditch-based John Truslove, and on behalf of a private client, Malcolm Jones in KWB’s Office Agency Team, let 5,988 sq ft at Java House, Aston Court, Bromsgrove Technology Park, Bromsgrove, B60 3AL, to RSM Partners, on a new 10 year lease.
Bromsgrove-based RSM Partners Ltd provides IT support and software services for IBM mainframe computers to clients across the globe. It is expanding into the space at Java House from its current Bromsgrove office.
Java House is a modern, purpose-built, two-storey, self-contained office building located on Bromsgrove Technology Park, only two miles to the south-east of Bromsgrove town centre, with excellent links to the Midlands motorway and rail networks.
Mr Jones says: “We are delighted once again to have secured the largest office letting in Bromsgrove in over two years. Office space in Bromsgrove of over 5,000 sq ft is now in extremely short supply, as businesses already based in the town want to remain here, while others are looking to move in.”
