Lincoln based Streets Heaver, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of administrative and clinical software systems for independent hospitals, NHS private patient units and NHS therapy services departments, is to relocate to new premises in an expansion move that will double its office space in Lincoln.
This follows the purchase of state-of-the-art offices at The Point, a 3-acre landscaped office park with excellent road access to Lincoln’s A46 bypass, in a deal handled by Hodgson Elkington LLP, chartered surveyors.
Streets Heaver has been operating from Lincoln for over 25 years and has made the investment in the larger office building which is approximately twice the size of its current Doddington Road premises, due to its ongoing success and an increase in contracts across the UK and abroad.
The larger premises will facilitate the planned expansion of its software development, testing, support and sales and marketing teams and will enable Streets Heaver to maintain its high level of customer service, advance its products and adopt new technologies in a high spec setting, say the company.
The company, which employs 26 staff and is actively recruiting more having recently won a number of additional important contracts, is scheduled to move into The Point in July 2012.
“We are delighted to have the opportunity to invest in new premises which will help us keep up with the company’s organic growth. Our office move represents a substantial investment and demonstrates a commitment to our customers to expand, while still maintaining the high standards for which we are renowned,” said Paul Heaver, managing director at Streets Heaver.
“We have dealt with The Point development from its inception and we are very pleased to see another well established Lincoln business moving onto this established and successful development,” said Dan Race, partner at Hodgson Elkington. Existing occupiers at The Point include Nicholson’s accountants, BT Local Business and The Upper Witham Internal Drainage Board.
“The highway improvement works on Whisby Road and the bypass will significantly enhance the accessibility of this development and we feel this can only help improve demand in the future. We are continuing to see an increase in demand and activity in the office market, a trend which is encouraging” said Mr Race.
Hodgson Elkington has also been instructed to market Streets Heaver’s current premises on Doddington Road.
