Melbourne Holdings Ltd, advised by Savills, has let office space at Olympus House in Werrington, Peterborough to Veterinary Business Development Ltd (VBD), Siemens PLC and Fairstone Financial Management Limited.
VBD, the commercial database for veterinary surgeons, has agreed to a new 10-year lease for suites 1, 2A and 2B and will occupy 4,511 sq ft (419 sq m) on the ground floor of the two storey office building. Whilst Siemens, the leading global engineering and technology services company, has agreed to a new five-year lease for suites 3 and 4, which comprises 2,185 sq ft (202 sqm) also on the ground floor. Subsequently, Fairstone Financial Management Limited, has agreed to a new five-year lease for suite 12 which totals 1,052 sq ft (97 sq m).
