Bristol law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has welcomed a new Partner to its Commercial and Private Client Litigation team.
Bonita Walters, specialises in contentious trust and probate matters and disputed Court of Protection applications. She also acts for private clients in property disputes and professional negligence claims arising from wills drafting, estate administration and property transactions.
Having previously spent 10 years in investment banking before converting to law and qualifying with Trumps/TLT, Bonita brings with her a wealth of experience in particularly challenging cases.
