Acting on behalf of Design Go, distributors of the widest range of travel accessories in the world, Tim Gilbertson of FHP has enabled their continued expansion throughout the UK with the acquisition of substantial warehouse space on Blenheim Industrial Estate in Nottingham of over 20,000ft².
The acquisition will help Design Go provide even better service to their clients with this superb modern warehouse facility assisting their distribution network.
Tim Gilbertson commented:
“When Design Go asked me to acquire space on their behalf I was pleased to try and assist them with their expansion plans. In a market starved of good quality space it was pleasing to identify the eventual building taken which offered good quality modern space and most importantly was available on flexible terms close to the M1 Motorway.
A deal was quickly agreed with Stuart Waite of CPP who acted on behalf of the landlords and the deal concluded to the mutual satisfaction of all parties concerned.”
Tim Gilbertson concluded by adding:
“Acquisition work is often forgotten by occupiers but it is a role that I undertake on a number of occasions throughout the year as I try, using market knowledge and contacts to source off market opportunities. Alternatively, as in this case with an opportunity that was on the market, competitive terms were agreed where those not in the property market might have struggled to obtain the terms we eventually concluded the deal upon.
I would be delighted to reprise this role for any party throughout the Country as acquisition work often takes me well away from our core East Midlands patch.”
