Regus, the global workspace provider, has announced that it will be opening a new business centre in Croydon to cater to the increasingly flexible workspace needs of the town’s businesses and professionals.
The centre will occupy the first floor of Interchange House (18,769 sq feet), a modern building that offers Grade A flexible workspace in an exceptionally well-connected business location.
The new hub will offer 300 workstations and a range of flexible working options designed to meet the varied requirements of today’s businesses and professionals. These will include 74 private offices, a co-working space, 2 meeting rooms, as well as virtual office services.
The business centre is just a minute’s walk from West Croydon station, and five minutes from East Croydon. Brighton and London King’s Cross are both just over 30 minutes away by rail.
Richard Morris, UK CEO, Regus, comments: “We are delighted to continue to grow the Regus network in Croydon. It is a key South London commercial hub which is home to many growing global businesses and creative individuals. And it’s a prime spot for firms and freelancers looking for a well-equipped workspace with easy connections to other parts of the town and London.”
“We are excited to be providing the best environment with quality amenities for anyone in Croydon looking to find a base for their business to grow.”
When the new Croydon hub opens later this year, it will join Regus’ existing hub at The Lansdowne Building on Lansdowne Road.
