BizSpace, the largest provider of flexible workspace with offices and workshops across the UK has expanded its portfolio of sites, with the acquisition of Zenith House in Solihull.
Purchased for £4.6 million, the West Midlands property, which totals 23,749 sq. ft, will be fully refurbished to include modern semi-serviced offices, ranging from 160 sq. ft. to 580 sq. ft., together with meeting rooms, communal spaces, high-speed broadband, telecoms and utilities included.
Located in an established commercial area offering a variety of amenities including Tesco and Sainsbury’s superstores, a David Lloyd centre, Virgin Active, Village Hotel and Sears Retail Park, the property is prominently situated approximately two miles from Solihull town centre and two miles from J4 off the M42.
This latest acquisition brings BizSpace’s total number of flexible workspace sites in the Midlands to seventeen, providing the area and local working community with much-needed modern business facilities, enabling the region’s entrepreneurs and SMEs to thrive.
BizSpace’s Commercial Director, Emma Long, commented: “We’re delighted to announce the addition of Zenith House in Solihull to our expanding Midlands portfolio. BizSpace is committed to making life easier for small businesses and start-ups, and we’re looking forward to providing the local working community with first-class flexible workspaces in an enviable location.
“Solihull is a prime spot for businesses, ranked in the top ten for business locations in the UK. Zenith House is superbly located and, as well as being a strong strategic fit for our business, complements our existing assets in the region.”
Following BizSpace’s refurbishment of the site, Zenith House is due to open in the summer of 2018.
