The Industrial Agency team at CBRE in Leeds has completed the letting of a 190,877 sq ft high bay warehouse facility at Hollingwood 200 in Bradford, to Barwick Bathroom Distribution LLP on a 10 year lease term. This deal represents one of the largest warehouse lettings in Bradford for a number of years.
Hollingwood 200 is a large, self-contained industrial warehouse situated on Hollingwood Lane in Bradford. This unique opportunity offers flexible warehouse space with excellent access to the whole of the North of England and is equidistant from both Liverpool and Hull Ports.
Hollingwood 200 is located on Chelsea Road which is accessed just off Hollingwood Lane close to the junction of Clayton Road. Bradford City Centre is approximately 2 miles to the northeast with the M606 motorway approximately 2 miles to the southeast. The M606 motorway links directly into the M62 motorway at Junction 26 providing excellent access to the West Yorkshire region and beyond.
