Saracen Interiors has completed the reconfiguration and refurbishment of Gate Gourmet’s office space in Ashford, furthering plans to enable the airline catering provider to accommodate more staff and to allow for future growth.
Work started on the 10,000 sq ft space in late June and involved the installation of new flooring throughout, the fit out of a new break out area, LED lighting and new furniture to complement the reconfiguration of the existing space.
Once again, Saracen was awarded the work based on the quality of its creative designs and its considered costs, which were submitted at tender stage. Director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page comments: “We’re sensitive to our clients’ needs, when it comes to potential expansion, and we work hard to maximise the use of any given space.
“Our job is to look at the whole picture and then to come up with flexible designs that will serve a client going forward and not just for the here and now. We are mindful of potential budgets and we design to take any restrictions – budgetary or otherwise – into account.”
Saracen has a proven track record in improving workplace efficiency and corporate standing with its tailor-made, cost-effective solutions. Over the past decade, its status has changed from a South East fit out concern to a national full service enterprise, with new offices in Manchester and significant contracts underway in most parts of the UK.
The company’s staff has grown along with its turnover and Saracen continues to invest in local apprentices, training initiatives and industry-specific innovations.
