A Peterborough-based company specialising in digital and large format printed products for the full range of modern businesses’ printing and sign making needs has secured new premises on a brand new industrial estate in the city.
Flexi Print Shop Limited will be the new occupier of 873 sq m (9,400 sq ft) of commercial property space at Units 7-10 at Newark East on Cobblestone Way, Fengate on a ten year lease confirms Barker Storey Matthews who is the sole agent under instruction to let at Newark East.
Flexi Print Shop Limited was established six years ago and has been trading from its current base at Saracen Business Park, Fengate for the past two years having traded for the previous four from Second Drove, Fengate.
Improved prospects for business growth and the desire to offer new products – such as vehicle graphics, window films, wall stickers and vinyl lettering – and new services such as graphics design and web development – to existing and new customers based locally in Peterborough and around the UK and across Europe, saw the company seeking larger premises in which to trade.

Barker Storey Matthews advises that the latest letting secured at Newark East sees only the final two units available to let at the industrial development. Both front on to Newark Road and are offered with options for 167 sq m to 418 sq m (1,800 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft) of industrial/trade counter space.
