Law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has strengthened its Commercial Property team with the appointment of two new solicitors, who will be based in the Taunton office.
Daniel Campbell and James Mitchell will join the fast growing team at Clarke Willmott and will work on all aspects of the commercial property life-cycle, from acquisition and development through to asset management and disposal.
Daniel joined the firm in September 2017 after completing his training contract in East Sussex. He specialises in a wide range of property related matters including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, licences to assign, licences for alterations, consents, and deeds of easement.
Previously Daniel was a Paralegal at a large London based construction consultancy agency assisting on JCT and NEC3 contract administration.
James Mitchell joined Clarke Willmott in January 2018 after studying at Bristol University and the University of Law and working at Tees Law and Beviss & Beckingsale LLP.
James specialises in acquisitions and disposals, all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant work, development site set ups, and grants and variations of easements. James also has experience in secured lending and of acting for both landowners and developers in connection with pre-emption, option and overage agreements. James works with private individuals, companies, lenders and local authorities.
Nick Francombe, Commercial Property Partner at Clarke Willmott, said: “We are excited by the arrival of both Daniel and James to the commercial property team in Taunton. They bring with them extensive knowledge, competency and enthusiasm and I’m confident they will settle in well.
“The commercial property team has experienced consistently high volumes of business over the past year and this shows no signs of changing. Therefore, enhancing our team to ensure clients are given the quality service they have come to expect is very important to us.”
