South West construction firm, Willmott Dixon, has relocated its Bristol office to Pill. The company had outgrown its Queen Square premises and has moved to a 4,000ft2 facility to accommodate its growing team.
Willmott Dixon opened its first office in Bristol in 2004, with a team of four. Despite the recession and the knock on effect on the construction industry as a whole, the company has gone from strength to strength and continued to win new business throughout the last seven years, allowing for a continued programme of recruitment. More than 50 employees will now be based at the new offices at the Eden Office Park in Pill.
Neal Stephens, Managing Director of Willmott Dixon South West and Wales comments: “Our move to new premises not only reflects the success we’ve had in the last decade but shows our continued determination to grow and adjust to difficult market conditions. Our new offices are perfectly situated near junction 19 of the M5 allowing easy access to our projects in the South West.
“With a growing team, we have opted for a much larger office space which will accommodate our expansion in the future.”
Willmott Dixon has seen an increase in turnover within the South West and Wales from £100m in 2010 to £110m in 2011. The company prides itself on its customer-focused project delivery and has a strong presence both in the public and private sectors.
