Steve Oades, head of the Bristol commercial office of global property consultancy Knight Frank, has been promoted to Proprietary Partner from April 1.
He is one of only a select few based in the UK regions to achieve proprietary partner status at the limited liability partnership. Knight Frank has 411 offices in 59 countries and more than 14,000 people. The Group advises clients ranging from individual owners and buyers to major developers, investors and corporate tenants.
Steve Oades, who is 43 years old, joined Knight Frank in 2006. He was investment partner at the firm, before becoming head of the Bristol office in 2012.
He said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been asked to join the proprietary partnership and consider it a real honour. Knight Frank is great business to be part of and I am fortunate to lead a very talented team who are well respected in their markets.”
Steve was one of 10 Knight Frank personnel globally to be promoted to Proprietary Partner.
