A 5 year sublease has been agreed between the parties for 3,000 sq ft of fully refurbished and air conditioned space. Baker Davidson Thomas advised Vita in the transaction, having sold the building to them on freehold terms a year ago. Vita’s business operations will continue to be run from the top floor in the same building, with C6 occupying self-contained space on the ground and first floors.
