Thames Wharf Studios, one of Hammersmith’s most desirable commercial property complexes, has been sold by Thames Wharf Limited – whose major shareholder is London & Regional Properties, a global private investment company with a £9 billion portfolio – to an undisclosed buyer for a significant eight-figure sum.
Located in Rainville Road on the north bank of the River Thames, the mixed-use scheme totals 46,706 sq ft across six buildings on a 0.98 acre freehold site and generates an annual rental value of more than £2.2 million.
In prime location on the site is internationally renowned restaurant The River Café, which has held a Michelin star since 1997. The complex also provides space to organisations including Olivier Mythodrama, M.i.H Jeans and Re:Source Global.
Iain Hibbert, associate at Roythornes Solicitors, acted on the sale of Thames Wharf Studios for Thames Wharf Limited.
Iain said: “Roythornes was very pleased to act for the owner of this development, which boasts a highly-enviable location on the banks of the River Thames with spectacular views across the city.
“Our appointment by Thames Wharf Limited to act for them on this multi-million pound deal goes to show the outstanding legal expertise lying outside the confines of the capital and we were delighted to have the opportunity to prove our quality against London-based international firms.”
