One of the UK’s leading real estate advisory businesses, GVA, has signed a two-year contract to use Nimbus® Maps throughout their entire UK office network.
Nimbus® Maps is the ‘go-to’ mobile-designed property intelligence resource for UK property professionals and has the most comprehensive datasets available in the marketplace, built in conjunction with Warwick University computer science department.
With around 1500 employees at 12 offices around the UK coming onto the platform, Nimbus®, which was a finalist in the Best New Business Award at the SME awards last month, had to rapidly determine GVA’s particular challenges and unify these with its powerful, yet easy-to-use property intelligence software solution. Nimbus will be taking care of the whole on-boarding process, providing comprehensive training, both onsite and via intelligent technology, so everyone on GVA’s team can maximise usage and efficiency – in the office or on the road.
Paul Davis, CTO of Nimbus® Maps explains, “The industry really lacks a standard merged data set and we have cracked this with some clever people at Warwick Uni. Our software layers this data onto Google Maps and keeps all the information in one mobile-ready platform. This speeds up and improves processes such as finding information on Ownership, Planning, Availability, Due Diligence, Company Structure, KYC checks and Off-market Site Searching. It’s perfect for GVA as everyone in the business engages with these tasks on a daily basis.”
Simon Davis CEO of Nimbus® Maps explains, “We are proud to sign the deal with such a respected organisation in our industry. Our software, especially with the completely free entry Essentials version, simply put should be used by anyone who works or studies around property services in their daily life.”
Jason Shaw, IT Director, GVA – “We reviewed the PropTech market and concluded that Nimbus’ platform has the most comprehensive data, was the easiest to use and is able to be utilised on any device whether in the office or on the move. In addition, the team quickly understood the challenges we face as a leading national real estate advisory business, and presented how the data architecture will enable a diverse spread of our UK teams to work far more efficiently, removing the need for many repeated manual tasks. Importantly, the quality and breadth of its data – along with ongoing support – are first class, and the planned integration with GVA’s other key business systems such as Salesforce made signing with Nimbus Maps Elite a natural choice.”
