Nolan Redshaw have agreed the sale of Unit 4 Haworth Court on Broadway Business Park, Chadderton, on behalf of James Briggs Ltd.
The building was acquired by Tailored Fire and Security for an undisclosed figure. They are relocating from Trafford Park.
