Acting on behalf of private clients, Wiggins Lockett Thompson have secured purchasers and completed the sales of two offices on the Pendeford Office Park, Wolverhampton. The estate, situated close to the Jaguar Land Rover Plant and that was largely completed in 2006, has continued ever since to provide workspace for some of the regions newest firms.
Anthony Wiggins MRICS, who handled the sale said: “We’ve stayed every close to this estate over the last 15 years and were again able to secure purchasers that we knew were looking to own their own space and had been hunting for a long time. The two offices, No.4 & No.7 on Pendeford Place had become vacant and each one has become a new base for expanding businesses in the area. Small quality commercial space is difficult to find, this becomes even more challenging if companies are looking to buy it. Our client are delighted with the prices achieved. The values have finally recovered and we are now achieving higher prices that pre-recession amounts per sq ft. These were the last two available in our portfolio for the time being and we still have enquiries for more space so are standing ready and keen for fresh instructions.
One floor of No.7 is available to let and terms are under discussion with an interested party. Another suite on the adjacent Nightingale place will shortly be available to lease.
