Bristol charity Eurovangelism, operating as Transform Europe Now (TEN) has purchased the freehold of Unit 23 Apex Court in Bradley Stoke through a deal brokered by commercial property specialists Bruton Knowles.
Acting on behalf of private clients, Paul Williams sold the self-contained building at Apex Court to the charity off a guide price in the region of £250,000.
Apex Court is a modern, purpose-built business park, constructed around 1990 and occupies a strategic location at the junction of the M4 and M5 motorways within easy reach of Bristol Parkway rail station.
Paul, Head of Agency at Bruton Knowles’ Bristol office, advises on several national property portfolios and specialises in acquiring premises for companies such as Helping Hands, as well as acting directly for charities such as The Royal British Legion.
He said: “Local charity TEN purchased the property for their new headquarters in order to facilitate their planned relocation from their previous home in Kingswood.”
Unit 23 Apex Court comprises a self-contained modern office of 1,770 sq ft on 2 floors, with six designated car parking spaces.
Paul Williams added: “There is still a relative lack of freehold property up for sale in the north Bristol area and small lot sizes such as this are attractive to both owner occupiers and smaller investors, often looking for pension investment opportunities.”
Eurovangelism started out by supporting European Christians which over the years has gravitated toward a balance between evangelism and social action.
