The Office Agency Team at Ashwell Rogers will, effective 1st January 2018, now trade as Ashwell London. Ashwell London has been founded by Ash Sharma, one of the four founding Partners of Ashwell Rogers, and he will retain his team of Richard Williams and Megan Carr, with Jimmy Bell as a consultant. Ashwell London will also be dealing with investment and development agency.
Jeremy Good and Roger Dunlop, also a founding partner of Ashwell Rogers, will retain the remaining business of Ashwell Rogers LLP, Chartered Surveyors, including general landlord and tenant work, rent reviews, lease renewals, high street and out of town retail agency, rating appeals, valuations and property management. Roger Dunlop will also act as a consultant to Ashwell London, providing landlord and tenant services to Ashwell London’s clients.
This restructuring has been undertaken amicably and is a result of the business evolving into two very distinct areas of work, Office Agency, and Professional & Retail. This restructuring allows both businesses to concentrate and grow their respective disciplines whilst continuing to work together.
