The industrial team at property advisor JLL has let a 7,576 sq ft unit to instrumentation specialist Ramptec Ltd at Taurus Park, Warrington, on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management.
The business has agreed a 10-year lease at £6.50 per sq ft to relocate from its current site at the nearby Trident Business Park. The deal leaves the 13-unit, 133,000 sq ft development fully occupied.
Ramptec Ltd joins existing occupiers civil engineering contractor BAM Nuttall, freight solutions firm GFS, and conveyor belt manufacturer Habasit UK, which moved into a 5,000 sq ft unit over the summer.
Robert Kos, surveyor at JLL, said: “Taurus Park becoming fully occupied shows the buoyant demand for industrial space outside of the major North West industrial hubs like Trafford Park.
“The Warrington scheme benefits from excellent links to Liverpool and Manchester, as well as the rest of the country. It’s fully refurbished units have helped the landlord to capture the demand locally over the last few years.”
JLL and Knight Frank are joint agents on the scheme.
