National property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has let the 4,922 sq ft Unit A on the Amber Trading Centre in Giltbrook, Nottingham.
The new occupier has secured planning permission and converted the premises to a car sales outlet – Junction 26 Prestige Trade Centre.
The Amber Trading Centre is adjacent to the IKEA Retail Park close to junction 26 of the M1 and the A610. Will Bradley, surveyor in LSH’s Nottingham office acted on behalf of the landlord, Amber Pass Limited.
He said, “We are very pleased to have secured the Junction 26 Prestige Trade Centre as occupiers in our client’s premises. Amber Trading Centre is a very popular estate and its excellent profile on a busy main road is ideal for them as a trade occupier.”
