PRMA Consulting Ltd provides strategic and commercial advice to companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries who are looking to access global markets. Jayne Sykes of PRMA commented: “The move into Cygnus House is a significant step in our UK expansion. The property is ideal for us providing a combination of high quality and prestigious accommodation and being adjacent to Fleet mainline railway station giving excellent communications.”
The fully refurbished high quality offices are being leased on a new lease for a term of five years for a rent of £18.50 per sq ft – an initial annual rent of £80,438pa plus rent free periods. The office has shared reception facilities, allocated parking spaces, showers and cycle racks.
David Bowen of Vail Williams LLP commented: “Whilst market conditions remain challenging, this letting is testament to the high quality accommodation and excellent location of Cygnus House. With some early signs of economic recovery beginning to come through we are optimistic of being able to secure further interest in the remaining space in the building in the near future.”
Steve Barrett from Hurst Warne added: “As 2012 progresses we are starting to see more office requirements for Fleet and we feel it won’t be long before the remaining floor of Cygnus House is let. Waterfront remains a popular location given its proximity to Fleet mainline station and the M3. The Business Park will also benefit from a new 70 bed Premier Inn Hotel, with construction work expected later on this year.”
A further 7,357 sq ft (684 sq m) of office space is still available in Cygnus House and is also being marketed jointly by Vail Williams and Hurst Warne.
