Retail software consultancy, Venditan, has relocated to 60 Fountain Street in Manchester’s central business district.
The consultancy has taken 2,917 sq ft of grade A office space on the fifth floor of the building.
Joint agents Avison Young agreed the deal on behalf of landlord McAleer and Rushe whilst Hallams Commercial represented Venditan which was previously based at 39 Deansgate.
Located in the heart of Manchester’s central business district, 60 Fountain Street comprises 17,100 sq ft of office space over five floors and is also home to Fourtline Recruitment and Footy Accumulators. The building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to provide high quality office accommodation.
