Orbit Southern, advised by De Souza, JLL and Vokins, has secured another letting at its six-storey Profile West office building in Brentford.
Unilumin, which is a leading LED products and solutions provider, has taken 3,300 sq ft on the refurbished first floor having signed a five-year lease.
Earlier this year Samsung C&T signed up for the entire top floor of the six comprising 7,310 sq ft.
Other occupiers include Pakistan Airways, Safety Kleen and Star TV.
Further space is available in suites of 4,120 sq ft on the ground floor and 4,054 sq ft and 2,259 sq ft on the third floor.
