Two new-build industrial units at Solopark Trading Estate in Pampisford, South Cambridgeshire have been let to local businesses, Plumberparts Ltd and Traditional Roofwork Contractors Ltd, through Barker Storey Matthews’ Cambridge agency office.
Solopark Trading Estate is an established light industrial storage and trade counter location on Station Road in Pampisford and is close to strategic road network interchanges to the A505, A11 and M11, ten miles south of Cambridge city. The Estate offers a safe and secure business environment with perimeter fencing and CCTV.
The new-build industrial units were offered under instruction by Barker Storey Matthews in combination or in single units. Plumberparts Ltd has secured a three year lease on the 125.26 sq m (1,348 sq ft) Unit 9A and Unit 10A sees Traditional Roofwork Contractors occupy 82.49 sq m (888 sq ft) of industrial space on a five year lease.
