A recruitment company has relocated from Amesbury town centre to purpose-built accommodation at nearby Minton Distribution Park.
Independently-owned 24-7 Staffing has signed a five-year lease on Suites 2C & 2D at Minton House.
This follows property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiating a deal for the 1,951 sq ft premises.
Quoting rent for the second floor office suite was £12,700 per annum.
Myddelton & Major Senior Surveyor Rachael Ward said: “24-7 Staffing is an independently owned and managed recruitment business created in 2004 which has other offices in Chippenham and Bristol.
“The firm, led by managing director Julian Thompson and director Melody Thompson, specialises in the transport, industrial, commercial and healthcare sectors.
“I was pleased to be able to facilitate the move to bigger premises at popular Minton House – where very few office suites now remain available – a sure sign of confidence in the jobs sector.”
Minton House comprises purpose-built office accommodation arranged over three floors. There is a feature entrance with lift, stairs and shared cloakroom facilities. The office suites are open plan.
Minton Distribution Park is situated on the eastern outskirts of Amesbury, adjacent to and overlooking the A303 dual carriageway and the Solstice Park junction.
Amesbury is just eight miles north of Salisbury with direct access to the A303 and there are excellent links to Andover, the A34, Basingstoke, Swindon, Southampton and Bristol.
