AG Dunedin has secured a tenant to for the top floor of its recently refurbished Charles House in Birmingham city centre.
The full 3,560 sq ft eighth floor has been let to student accommodation firm, Student Roost, on a five year term. Quoting rents for Charles House are £16.50 per sq ft.
Charles House is part of a portfolio of buildings acquired by AG Dunedin in 2015 and is the second to have undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, receiving improvements and upgrades to its common areas, reception and office suites.
