Barker Storey Matthews reports swift business at Eagle Business Park in Yaxley where, within a month of its launch of the new phase, three plots are already under offer and strong and qualified interest is registered in ten others.
Eagle Business Park, which fronts on to Broadway in Yaxley was established in 2010. The first phase was soon developed out successfully by Barnack Estates UK Ltd, with Barker Storey Matthews as the agent, to occupy the original 25.7 acre site.
With planning permission for the second phase secured in the autumn (2017) for a further 18.38 acres of commercial development, 20 plots – from 0.39 acres to 5.0 acres – were released for immediate reservation last month (November).
The plots are offered for freehold or leasehold design and build packages for units from 2,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft.
Eagle Business Park has a good mix of trade counter, light industrial, showroom and food sector occupiers and freehold owners. The new phase of the Park is set to serve the needs of similar occupiers for B1 and B2 industrial use, with some plots for small scale storage and distribution, B8 use class, also available.
Fronting on to Broadway in Yaxley, on the south side of Peterborough, Eagle Business Park is close to the A1(M) and onward routes via the city’s Parkway system.
