Software development company Miro Technologies has renewed its lease at 330 Bristol Business Park.
It has signed a five-year deal with landlord Terramond to occupy the 2,600 sq ft ground floor of the modern detached office building located off the A4171 Avon Ring Road at Stoke Gifford.
The 2,622 sq ft first floor of 330 Bristol Business Park is being marketed by commercial property specialist Colliers International.
James Preece, Bristol-based director in the National Offices team, said: “Bristol Business Park is one of the major business parks in the South West, and the largest letting of last year was at 100 Bristol Business Park, where Babcock took 32,000 sq ft.
“The decision by Miro Technologies to renew their lease on the ground floor of building 330 underlines the attraction to leading businesses of these well-located modern premises.”
Bristol Business Park is set in attractive landscaped grounds, and has excellent access to the Avon Ring Road and the M32.
The first floor of 330 has a mix of open plan and partitioned meeting rooms, a kitchen area, WCs and shower facilities. In addition, there are 11 parking spaces plus use of two visitor spaces.
Businesses located at Bristol Business Park include DuPont; Boing Defence; QinetiQ, UWE, Thales and Motability Finance.
