After 15 years at London Clancy’s Southampton office, Chris Ridge has recently formed his own practice, Ridge Asset Management Limited.
Whilst based in Bournemouth, Chris will continue to provide independent professional advice to occupiers, investors and land owners across the Solent region.
Chris comments:

After 25 years, working in Bournemouth and in Southampton, I am able to draw on a wealth of personal experience and contacts to help clients solve property issues where they do not have the expertise or the time to do so. Through Ridge Asset Management I am able to collaborate with other specialists to ensure my clients receive the very best property advice and I am looking forward to continuing to work with clients and other property professionals across the region.”
