Swindon-based print and digital marketing company the ESP Group, which doubled in size five years ago following significant investment in new services and equipment, is expanding again, taking circa 19,000 sq ft of additional new premises in Swindon.
The Group, which includes specialist companies ESP Colour, BRAVEDOG, Hub Logistics and (applaud), is headquartered on Elgin Industrial Estate. It has now leased Units 5 and 6 Groundwell Industrial Estate to facilitate future growth in its e-commerce digital print and fulfilment division ESP Smile.
James Gregory, partner at Alder King, who acted for Scotts, said: “Following the disposal of its ladies fashion brands, these units became surplus to Scotts’ requirements. They continue to retain a significant presence at Groundwell Industrial Estate with four other units.
“We received very strong interest from a wide variety of occupiers for Units 5 and 6, a sign of the versatility of the accommodation and the lack of supply in the market. We were delighted to let both units to such a successful Swindon business.”
Alder King and WBM Property were joint agents representing Scotts Ltd. ESP Group represented itself.
