A swimming pool firm has acquired a warehouse unit on Salisbury’s most established industrial estate.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully let Unit 17-18, Norton Enterprise Park on the Churchfields Industrial Estate.
Bluepools Ltd has agreed a six-year lease and the quoting rent for the 1,264 sq ft unit was £8,950 per annum.
Unit 17/18 comprises a modern industrial/warehouse unit of steel portal frame construction, with profile steel cladding to walls and roof.
Myddelton & Major Senior Surveyor Rachael Ward said: “Bluepools is managed by Will Witt a chartered civil and structural engineer who has been working in the swimming pool Industry for the last 15 years.
“He has more than 40 years’ experience in the design and construction of major projects and also designs and builds pools in the USA through Bluepools Inc.
“His products include outdoor and indoor pools, including basement pools and bespoke pools, as well as an installation and renovation service.”
The Norton Enterprise Park, a development of 22 warehouse units, is situated along Whittle Road within Churchfields Estate.
The estate was created in the 1960s and remains the city’s most established commercial employment area.
