CBRE’s Leeds Office Agency team announces 8 Park Row, Leeds as fully let to include additional space leased to growing digital media company, PERFORM. The company launched in Leeds in 2012 and expanded its offices in September 2016 by taking an additional floor. It has now leased a further 8,000 sq ft, with total space hitting 23,000 sq ft.
PERFORM is the latest in a string of international digital businesses, including Sky, to locate and expand within the Leeds area. The company, whose primary focus is commercialising sports content over digital platforms, has some 2700 staff in 41 offices globally as far as Japan and New Zealand. Their Leeds headquarters launched at 8 Park Row in 2012, and have since expanded to cover six floors of the city centre building.
In an enviable position within Leeds city centre, 8 Park Row is close to the train station and the city’s business and retail hubs. The building provides flexible, high quality space over seven floors.
