National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has secured the sale of a bespoke 5,000 sq ft commercial business premises, on Riverside Enterprise Park, Lincoln, to O’Boyle Civil Engineering.
Riverside Enterprise Park is a 5.8 acre development, constructed by Lincoln-based firm Stirlin Developments. The first two phases of the development will provide 18 commercial industrial/office premises, totalling 32,170 sq ft. Additional phases of the development are planned, with design and build opportunities available as well.
LSH, acting on behalf of Lincoln-based developers and construction company Stirlin Developments, secured the sale for an undisclosed sum to O’Boyle Civil Engineering, which has been established for over 25 years. The company is run by three directors, Anthony, Chris and Rob O’Boyle.
