JLL Scotland is this week toasting its four graduates who have all qualified as Chartered Surveyors.
Conor Docherty, Jan Dunsire, Ally Stang and Matthew Hannah have completed a clean sweep for the property consultancy in Scotland by passing their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) exams.
The APC is a period of structured practical training and professional development that ends with the Final Assessment and ensures that candidates joining RICS are competent to practise as a Chartered Surveyor.
JLL’s popular graduate scheme offers a number of different opportunities for graduates and undergraduates, including sandwich placements for students undertaking a RICS accredited degree and JLL First, a two day workshop for first year students interested in a career in Real Estate and Building Surveying.
Alasdair Humphery, Lead Director at JLL in Scotland, said: “I know each one of our graduates has put in a huge amount of work for this incredibly important professional qualification. JLL has supported them all the way but considerable self-sacrifice has been evident as they have worked towards this fantastic result.
“At a time when the war for young talent has never been greater, it’s absolutely crucial that we can demonstrate the merits of a career with JLL. We pride ourselves on the JLL graduate programme being the best in class and the success of our graduates underlines this reputation. I look forward to seeing our four successful graduates continue to develop and progress their careers with us.”
