Leading workplace consultant, Saracen Interiors has been awarded a refurbishment contract by Oxford strategy consultancy, White Space following close collaboration with both landlord and client to refine designs, and agree schedules of work, acceptable to all.
Work is due to be completed on the 5,000 sq ft project at the beginning of December and will include the full refurbishment of first and second floor toilets, partitioning to create offices and meeting rooms; the installation of new power, data and electric charging points for vehicles; and new flooring and new furniture.
