Asset management company Columbia Threadneedle has expanded its operation in Swindon, taking an additional 5,106 sq ft of accommodation in Holbrook House, one of Swindon’s best known office buildings.
The company has leased the second floor to add to the 8,000 sq ft it already occupies on the third floor.
James Gregory, partner at Alder King, commented: “Our clients have recently invested heavily in upgrading the reception area and the office accommodation so that occupiers can benefit from modern open plan offices. This has clearly paid off with this latest transaction and we now have only a few suites remaining.
“Holbrook House is a stone’s throw from Swindon’s mainline railway station and, with journey times to London of just 45 minutes coming soon, the accommodation is ideal for a company which operates both locally and in the capital.”
Jeremy Sutton, partner at joint agents Keningtons added: “In addition to the 8,000 sq ft first floor suite which is refurbished and ready for immediate occupation, we also have three smaller suites ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 sq ft.”
Holbrook House is a centrally located multi-occupied office building, providing good quality accommodation over ground and four upper floors. More information about the remaining suites is available from Alder King and Keningtons.
