Bristol’s iconic 1 Redcliff Street office building on the corner of Victoria Street and Redcliff Street has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme as joint agents Colliers International and CBRE bid to attract additional businesses to the heart of the city’s commercial hub.
Existing tenants Withers & Rogers have already responded, taking a new lease on 2,503 sq ft on part of the fifth floor in addition to their space on the ninth floor. The company is one of the leading intellectual property law firms in the UK and Europe. This is a positive statement by an existing tenant with other occupiers including TLT, PKF and Greenwoods amongst others.
Colliers International offices specialist James Preece said: “Clearly the property’s location in the heart of Bristol’s central business district is a major plus. The building offers potential occupiers complete flexibility as we can accommodate requirements from circa 3,500 sq ft up to 34,491 sq ft combined with the specification of a modern building.”
The 140,000 sq ft building is managed by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) on behalf of clients.
