Business rates expert Adam Francis has joined the Bristol office of commercial property specialist Colliers International as a director.
A member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV), Mr Francis was previously a director at Goodman Nash. He has 16 years’ experience in auditing business property, and specialises in historic business rates audits.
He will be leading the Bristol Accurates team which sits within the Rating department at Colliers International and provides forensic examination of historic business rates payments to identify overpayments for clients.
