Associated Security Solutions Ltd, a security system supplier in Manchester, has purchased a 32,000 sq ft multi-use building in Middleton, Rochdale.
The industrial property, which is located in Greengate Industrial Estate, was sold by Manchester based property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall, acting on behalf of the administrators of Reynards (UK) Limited.
The property comprises a three bay industrial unit and a well presented two-storey office block which features high specification office accommodation including showroom and ancillary space.
Commenting on the sale, Craig Watson, agent in Sanderson Weatherall’s Manchester office said, “The sites desirable location and high quality accommodation was reflected in the strong sale price achieved and we are delighted to have sold this property on behalf of our clients.
“We experienced significant levels of interest as demand for good quality industrial properties in the region remains high with relatively few opportunities currently coming to the market.”
